Happy New Year!
This bottle of Australian [yellow tail] BUBBLES was the closest we could get to spending New Year's in Sydney watching the famous fireworks display under the Harbour Bridge. Hope this one is as good as Summerhill Cipes Brut, our personal favourite, and very authentic.
Maybe next year, eh mate?
